Timing your sessions is a pain: you either need to have a clock within view or a waterproof watch that you can pay attention to during your session, and that's not to mention foggy shower door or water messing up with a touchscreen watch.
This timer removes all issues: it's right there in the shower with you, it blinks and beeps (unless you silence it) and boom, consistent 3 mins of pressure, 2 mins of relaxation/massage, and repeat.
I've been using my HydroXtreme 6 for the past few weeks and it is honestly one of the best purchases I've made with regards to sexual wellness. The water keeps the pressure uniform inside the chamber which makes using the pump extremely comfortable. I love the manual pump control for fine tuning the pressure when the bellows are fully compressed and I think it's what makes the HydroXtreme so great.
I do my sessions in the shower so the shower strap is very handy. I'd say that unless you're planning to use your pump exclusively in the bath, the strap is a must have accessory.
In terms of results, it's been amazing. Erection quality has never been better, and you just can't beat the look on my wife's face when I showed her the goods after my session.

But I will say that my interaction with Bathmate Store / Forged Man has been pleasant and trouble-free. Product quality is great.
I purchased the Bathmate HydroXtreme with the accessory kit. By far, the best part of the kit is the case cover with lock...That can maybe save you from some embarassment, or at least a bunch of questions... For constructive criticism,the kit would be even better if it contained a replacement valve, for just in case...

I really enjoy using this serum. Did jelqing before dry and foudn it a bit uncomfortable. Using the bathmate serum made it much more enjoyable and less painful
